The Restaurant
Qumran Restaurant came from the idea of a trip to the Dead Sea, where the Qumran Caves are situated, a truly special place where scrolls of Jewish history were found. The owner wanted to build this cave here in the middle of Tel-Aviv and create an ethnic atmosphere where fine dining, dancing, music, and shows come together to offer a unique experience to everyone who will sit in our cave. We also believed that to make an evening at Qumran an ultimate experience, we had to touch our clients with a special menu. Moshik Roth, who was the chef of a 2-star Michelin restaurant, is leading our kitchen and elevating Middle Eastern food for each client. The real question is what we want our clients to feel. So every day, our team writes, imagines, designs, tastes, and chooses every detail to make you feel delight, surprise, love, and connection. Only when all of us focus on our objectives can we sign our work, and the magical evening can begin in our cave, here at Qumran.
